Moustache handlebars: 25.4mm clamp and shimano rapid-fires

I fancy replacing my flat handlebars with some moustache bars but want to keep my current, shimano, rapid-fire levers/shifters.

I've found some that fit a 25.4mm clamp but can't find any that will take the levers/shifters.

Anyone know where I might find some?

    the bars get skinnier for the gears/brakes/grips to fit on the 25.4 is the the diamiter of the clamping size.
