Sourcing down tube shifters

I am wanting to convert my flat bar bike to drops but don't want to spend to much.I need some downtube shifters,but can only find them for braze ons,not with a band.Any ideas where I can get some,with a band to fit a 90s steel frame,preferably with a ratchet mechanism?

Unfortunately ebay is probably going to be your best bet.

I have Suntour Power ratcheting shifters with a band and they're quite nice.
