Ladies Steel Frame

Anyone know where I can buy a steel ladies frame?
Ideally I would like it to be custom made, but frame builders don't really want to do this, or do they?
A second hand one would be perfect as well.

I'm building a bike up for my mum, and I was going to use an old frame we had in the garage, but it turns out that the chainstays are ruined.

    My wifes bike was built by Vernon Barker. If you call it a Mixte rather than a ladies bike, it might sound better to them :) Mercian definitely do one.
