Can anyone recommend some good handlebars for a stumpjumper HT comp. It's just the ones on it are flat and I am looking to get raised ones for looks and set up. Got about 60 to spend on the bars maybe abit more. Also looking to replace the SPD's again I am looking for something cool looking and lightweight. Got about 80 to spend on them.

Have a look at the Answer Pro taper carbon bar.0

Pedals
I have a set of Time and I could not be happier. Super strong and clear mud well0 -
The XTR pedals look rather nice. Not super light but they are a good design.
Bars, have a look at the Race Face Lo Rise bars in Alu. I use the Next Lo-Rise bars and they have a great shape.0 -
thanks for the ideas, I do like the look of the XTR pedals but I think I'll have to up grade my crank so it wont look out of place next to them.0

The race face bars look pretty spot on ddoogie. They come in standard 25.4 or oversized 31.8, maybe a stupid question but which ones should I go for? I don't know much about what would be better or look better on the stumpjuper HT comp0

What stem do you have?0

Just the standard one I got with the bike, Would like to get a thompson stem but that will have to wait till next month0
-
Well, your stem dictates whether you can have oversized bars or not. Check before you buy the bars.0

I think i'll get the stem first then, cheers for that. What would you say looks better the over sized or standard?0

Dunno! Oversized is stiffer.0

Think i'll stay with the standard as I ride xc. Cheers0
