Discusting i know but anyone any good suggestions on getting those crusty deoderant marks out of white base layers? Scrubbing doesnt seem to do it.

We use non-bio washing liquid, should i go for something stronger for sweaty cycling clothes?

If your manhood can take it, get some women's roll on that is 'little black dress' friendly. It doesn't seem to bleed out into the clothes as much and smells quite nice to boot. You may get some suspicious looks though
Other than that, just wear no deoderant. Lets face it, its not just the pits that sweat and smell when you ride hard.
I wouldn't recommend hammering your clothes with strong chemicals. I usually wash mine on the shortest lightest cycle with minimal powder and dry them on the line. As they get washed up to 3 times a week, it prolongs their life to treat them well.
Other than that, long soaking and some scrubbing should help get rid of the nasty anhydrous caked on stuff.

Use one of the "natural" products such as Pitrok which use crystals to prevent growth of bacteria rather than blocking pores.

I wouldn't use a deodorant at all on long rides but then I start first thing in the morning and shower when I get home. Who cares if I smell whilst I'm riding!

I can accept that you would use women's deodorant but why on earth would you want to put it on your manhood?

Don't forget to shave your legs as well - or is that a different thread
