Is it possible to change from 9 spd to 10?

This might be a stupid question but.......

I am going to invest in a flash new pair of wheels. I currently have a 9spd campag cassette.

Some time next year I will want to change my bike. I don't want to spend loads of money of a 9 spd rear wheel, only to find I can't use it with my new 10spd bike.

So..

What would I have to do to change a wheel from 9 spd to 10spd?

Is it difficult?

Is it expensive?

Depends on the wheel. Some (like Mavic) are compatible with 9 and 10 speed on the same freehub. Others may need you to change the freewheel body. Won't be too expensive even if you do have to change.
