we all ride, but do we all know how to look after a bike?
do you clean your bike?
do you oil it after you clean it?
do you use the correct oils?
do you dismantle it and check it's all looking good?
and the main question!! do you know how often your bike, shock and forks need to be serviced??

I do now after my recent return from the bike shop which cost me more than it should have.<hr>

I don't service my forks/frame at all. Probably why they are so worn! At least they are clean though!0

When it breaks I fix it.. I guess when it looks like its needing cleaned/oiled I'll do it. Been pretty dry up here so dusty trails means the bike hardly ever needs cleaned.0
