Has anyone got, used or even seen one of these?

Will it hold an MTB?
How does it hold the bike? I can't really work it out from the picture.
Are they any good?

Cheers...

  • hir0 - I bought another stand from Decathelon a few weeks ago (in France - not on their website) which was not their make. Very strong, about £40, rotating, quick release clamp like other much more expensive models. Only disadvantage is that is doesn't fold up...anyway, I did look at this one that you have highlighted, and it looks pretty good - the bottom stand is pretty tough looking - a mountain bike will be no problem, but check the shape - the stand holds the frame by sitting the bottom bracket at the bottom of the angled piece, and then strapping around the front of the frame (if that makes sense!) - my Enduro has a curved frame here and I wasn't 100% sure if it would seat properly. If I ever get the chance to test it by getting the bike to a shop in France, and it fits, I'll get one - that price for a tough, folding stand.....no brainer!
(The 2 sticky-up bits fold forward and hold the front wheel straight by the way)

Cool. Thanks for the thumbs-up GT-Dave. Now all I need is to get near a Decathlon store :(
