Just wondering which companies made these other than the adidas evil eye and Briko Klip?

Price isn't important, and which are the best?

    I use Rudy Project Wizaards with optical inserts - they work fine, would definitely recommend them.

    Tesco's opticians have some sunnies with prescription inserts, only £40 so if you did break or lose them not a massive cost to replace.
