Disc caliper bolts and Loctite?

my bike picked up a rattle yesterday and today i traced the cause, the rear disc caliper mounting bolts were loose, not falling out loose but loose enough so that the caliper could be moved slightly. anyway i've tightened them both up quite tight but should i have used some kind of Loctite on them? 222? 243? ? or just check them before each ride which i prolly should have been doing anyway.
another nice day, the summers here woohoo!

What are the different loctite numbers? I've seen blue and red before but haven't seen the number ones..Norco Sasquatch '07 - Parts?.. break'em and replace'em0

the two i listed above are both blue but come in different forms.
Colour is deseptive as there are Blues that you dont want on a bike.
follow the numbers for the correct use."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

okay ordered and on it's way. what the best way to apply? clean bolts remove all grease on them? 1-2 drops on bolts then tighten up yeah?0

read the instructions.
and it depends on which you get."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
