New bike: narrowed down to choice of three

hi.
I'm a beginner looking to buy a bike for weekend use, mostly pretty tame stuff on tracks, but who knows, maybe something more adventurous at a later stage.
I can't decide between:
Cannondale F5
GT Avalanche 1.0
Giant XTC 4
I like the idea of the Cannondale being light, but the GT seems to be a better all rounder. When I go into bike shops they never have any in my size so hard to try them out. I'm a girl and 5foot5.

Trying them is important, so persevere. The GT is more relaxed and aimed at harder riding than the other two. Might want to also look at the Carrera Fury.0
