Disc rub

My rear disc is rubbing on the pads a little. It didn't seem to be before I took the back wheel off to fix a puncture. I've read the guides and they deal with bent discs but I'm struggling about how to align the wheel. If it helps I've got Avid Juicy 3 brakes. If there's a link I've missed then please let me know.

They self centre. loosen the 2 bolts which attach the calliper to the mounts squeeze the leaver down and release a couple of times, then hold the lever down and tighten the bolts up again.

seems to allways work for me.
