Have a brand new carbon bike with dura-ace kit but there is a creaking noise when pedalling and its only done 500 miles. I have changed pedals and shoes and still get the creaking and more so when out of the seat. Is there anything I can do before I take it back to the shop(which is not easy to get to)?

Tighten the saddle/seat post bolts and check the chainring bolts are done up properly.
Also take the cranks off, remove the outboard bearings/bottom bracket and clean and grease the threads, rebuild and see if that cures it.
If you take it to the LBS for the above to be done, get them to face the bottom bracket shell too.

Check the stem bolts and tweek if ness.

I recently done all of the above and eventually tired a different pair of pedals, that solved it. Do you have Shimano pedals with a plastic sole plate, thats what my problem was.
