Mounting lights on Carradice bags

I'm looking into getting a Carradice saddle bag and I would need to be able to mount a rear light on it.

The Camper Longflap bag mentions having an LED tab (which I guess a light can fit on to somehow) but the bag I'm more keen on - the Super C Saddlebag - doesn't.

Does anyone know if or how it is possible to mount a rear light on the Super C Saddlebag?

(Non of my local shops seem to stock the Carradice bags and it's hard to figure out just by looking at photos).

    I have a SQR tour, an excellent bag, this has a light mounting tab on the rear.

    To be legal the light must be mounted on the bike not on the saddle bag. It should be on the offside or center. You can mount any number of extra lights on the bag but the primary one must be on the bike.

    Give Carradice a ring, they’re that helpful if it doesn’t have one they’ll probably add it for you.
    I use a light on a saddlebag, it’s OK as an additional light but I wouldn’t want to rely on it. How much stuff I have in the bag alters the angle and it move around with the bag, so often isn’t pointing in the best direction.

    Thanks - I'll call and see what they say. I was kind of hoping that just one on the saddle bag would be okay: partly as it's less to remove from the bike at the station and partly because with the saddle on the bike, the best place for the light (i.e. the seat post) isn't available.

    all the riders in the section of the ctc i ride with have one or two lights mounted on saddlebags. legal or not they've nevre been stopped.
    i sewed my own tab on a carradice rack bag, it came with one but i wanted two.it's easy enough to do with a bit of webbing the right length.
