VFM TT FRAME AND FORKS?

I am thinking of buying a TT frame and building the bike up over time. What frames should I consider? What are the "starting prices" for F+F abd who makes them? Should I think of any US manufacturers as the exchange rate is so good at the moment? I saw some pics of a US made frame some time ago but cannot remember the name. At the time the price seemed competitive.

    There are some Leader frames on ebay.com for a couple of hundred dollars - about as cheap as you can get, but can't vouch for the quality. Getting the right geometry for you is pretty critical for a TT frame too - there's no point in buying a frame if you can't get the right position. For carbon there's the Dolan/Dalkia/Planet-X ones too for about £700 which are very popular. It really depends on how much you want to pay.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
