Hello there!
On my ride to work this morning i realised that my rear brake had nxt to no power. With the back brake fully on i can still push the bike along.
so once home i took the pads out but theres pleanty of life left and cleaned them but yet they still do not work.
The brake is only a couple of months old too!
What could the problem be and how could i fix it?
I really appreciate any suggestions on the matter.
Many thanks.

what is the lever like? hard? spongy? hardly moves? moves to the bar?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

loose floppy or loose spongy
If the lever is floppy then check its still attached to the bike
If its spongy then you would appear to have a fluid problem. Here's some instructions on changing the fluid http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=141 which is worth doing, but at the same time check that the bleed nipple was done up, that there are no kinks or leaks in the hoses, etc
