I'm finding that during riding the muscles in my palms under my thumbs really starts to ache. I have quite small paws so I reckon that I would benefit from using smaller diameter grips.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Cheers

Stu

I'm currently using the WTB grips that came with my Marin Rift Zone 2006 but I had the same problem with the standard grips that were on my Spec Rockhopper 2007.

Bontrager make some grips for people with small hands. Actually they are ladies grips but you can't tell! I use them and I'm definitely a man (albeit with small hands). They do make a difference. I also found the Yeti/Odi grips fine. I'd go for the Bontragers though - I had to order mine in through my LBS.
