I just got a letter from Lumicycle warning that the bag-battery needs to be the right way up or when you tighten it, it can fail. The letter came unsolicited, complete with photos and stickers for the battery as reminders.

Lumi's customer service reputation really is deserved. Top stuff, chaps.
