Headset/Fork Compatibility - Help!

I find this headset stuff very hard to work out with all the different sizes.
Will a Look HSCSL, with the integrated carbon crown race, wotk with a Cane Creek Solos headset?
Also, If I've kind of damaged one of the Solos bearings can I just use another Cane Creek or FSA bearing from another headset?

    An integrated fork will fit a conventional headset OK, as long as they are for both the same diameter fork. I presume you're talking about integrated headset tho? As long as the replacement bearing is dimensionally the same, then they are interchangeable. If it's integrated, Cane Creek use 45x36 degree chamfers, whereas most others use 45x45 degrees.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
