Marzocchi vs Suntour forks

I have just got hardrock pro disc with ''Marzocchi MZ Race LO, 100mm, coil/MCU without boots, 30mm Cro-Mo stanchions, damped w/ lockout & preload adjust'', but my old forks were suntour scp 75 120mm w/o lockout.
Does the better quality and lockout of the marzocchis outweigh the bigger travel of the suntours?

Both are made in the same factory.
if i could use another fork i would as there is not much between them.
