how to make the spinny bit for chain tensoner

hi, ive noticed that the bit that always brakes is the spiny bit so ive made my own to save money. what you will need. bolt that fits the set hole on your tensoner ( can have about 1mm-4mm in play.nut that fits bolt. large spaces to stop chain slips. skate board or roler skates bearings. you can buy a cheap crappy skate board from tesco for £5 or get some good bearings for about £8 and u dont have the hastle of getting them out the wheels. from the sets of bearing you can make 4 tensoners.
