is this bike good?,
http://bikescene.co.uk/moreinfo.php?var ... 922&sale=0
i am going to use it for trails,
i have about £400 to spend,
i want to buy it from bike scene.
I want hydraulic disk brakes and a good make. I would also like full suspension but i doubt i could get it for £400 with hydraulic disk brakes.
Please e-mail me if you know any good trails and jumps around the,
middlesbrough,
yarm,
stockton,
ingleby barwick
great ayton,
or the redcar area.

Limited choice at Bike Scene- i looked there myself the other day, and they are definately pushing this bike at the moment- they tried to sell me one too!

It is a good bike for the money, and unless you can go 2nd hand, there is no point in buying a full sus at £400.
Why does the bike have to be from Bike Scene?

Have you tried it? How do you know it fits? You need to go to a good local shop and speak with the pros, and try some out.

Now its been reduced its better value, but very heavy and awful fork.

I have never bought from BikeScene, but saying that I bought my last bike from Hardisty Cycles (in the back car park of Dickins on Portrack lane)- ask your dad!!!!
Remeber there is also Westbrook cycles in Stokesly who are cramped but have always been clear and honest when i have had bikes from them.
When I finally get a new bike (when I get my divorce settlement) i will be going to Westbrook or Bikescene to be fair as I live between them!

I would check Westbrook cycles out. They have some great bikes in there. I've found them to be alot more reasonable than bike scene. Especially everytime i get parts replacesd!

And remember to breathe in BEFORE you enter the shop- i liked the old shop better (next door as it had more light IMO.
