I ache, I ache, I really ache.
I cycled into work from Bexleyheath to Angel and it takes me about an 1hr 45min to get in but 1hr 30min to get home...
I am currently at work and finish about 2am and just dont fancy cycling home.
My legs ache after cycling in today as it was so windy coming into london..
moan moan moan!!

Hang in there. You'll be home by the time you read this but I do late work aswell and know how you feel. Although I only commute 12 miles to get home. Your body is up to it, It's all in the mind. Once I get on the bike I generally liven up and make he most of it. I'll admit I've gotten a taxi once or twice though .0

Magnesium supplements really help with muscle soreness and cramping.

Thanks for the Mg tip Baudman.
Alfun, I felt similar tuesday. strange thing was the ride home was really enjoyable. Ignored the readings from the computer etc. (No I lie, I got half way into the ride and realised I'd forgotten to set them going)
But I kept looking down, usually after ascents, and realising that I'd had no more trouble than normal with them, but i hadn't changed down the gears as much......
Got home quicker than I expected as well0
