pulled muscle
hi i normally wouldn't look in the roaddie section but i thought what the hell, you guys would have this happen more so then us mtbers. you see the other day i pulled two muscles in my leg both the thigh and the one under it. lets just say it's a bitch to walk on. the question is what would you say would be the best thing for it to help me recover asap. any info other rest would be great

In my opinion the best thing you can do is, as soon as poss, wrap a ice pack in a tea towel and place it around the area for a max of 10 minutes then very gently stretch and walk lightly on your toes. Repeat for the best part of an hour. Taking Ibuprofen helps as it reduces the inflammantion as well as the pain.stewart0
