using specialized road 700c wheels on a Marin hybrid
Hello,
I have just bought some old specialized road wheels 700c very narrow with a shimano casstte fitting, can I just buy a new cassette and use the wheels on my Marin Larkspur or is there width issues.
I am currently using armadillos 700 x 25 on my Larkspur but now want to put these lighter wheels on and see if can go faster!!
Any help gratefully received.
Thanks
Kembo

Maybe just a good derailleur adjustment and brake adjustment (for the difference of width) and everything should be OK...0

providing the cassette has the same number of sprokets then it shoudlnt be a problem at all. only if the new wheel is say a 9 speed and you have 8 speed currently will it not fit as the indexing on the gears will be wrongFCN 7
FCN 4
