my rear disc is some how bugled is there a way of straightening it up or do i have to buy a new rotor. also what would of caused it to buckle

my dad said if you tap it with a mallet then it could straighten it. would it be better to take it to my lbs or is the mallet ok ?0

if i need a new rotor should i get the same as the front because that is bigger or shall i buy same size as before ?0

If you buy a different size rotor you'll need an adaptor.
