how can i stop my carbon seatpost from squeaking? i don't want to overtighten it and crush it
i hate hills (cos i'm fat)

    Had the same problem, tried greasing the seatpost and no joy. Found a thread on this forum saying grease the shim (plastic sleeve between the seat post and the tube) as well and hey presto.
