my friend bought a carrea banshee 3 or 4 weeks ago and the bearings keeping the swinging arm are knackered and the pedals are clicking and has had bundles of problems. He wants to know weather he can get a refund.

The shop where your friend purchased their bike should repair/change the faulty parts at the very least, i would have thought.
  • well the mister told him its was alright for jumps and that, and he has not done one over 1ft and never had a seriously bad landing, but still the bearing has something so wrong with it that the whole rear end shakes.

Its hard for people to give advice without seeing the bike. Tell your friend to take it back to the bike store and go from there.

Definately take it back into Halfords and complain about it, they most likely did a crap job of putting it together like 99% of halfords employees and thats why its got into this state so quickly.
