Good cycle chop in/around Oxfordshire?
Evening all.
I'm about to bite the bullet and buy a new road bike. I'm currently riding a Reynolds steel frame with 16-speed Ultegra that is now 13 years old. I'm looking to get a carbon frame with 20-speed Ultegra.
I've been recommended a few shops for higher-end road bikes, but most of them are up north (e.g. Ribble, Paul Hewitt). I'm not comfortable with buying a whole bike over the internet, so I'd rather go to a store to make sure all the sizing is right.
Can anyone recommend me a good cycling shop that stocks high-end road bikes that isn't a three-hour drive away? I live in Banbury. My local shop occasionally has a few road frames but its most MTB at the high end.

Phil Corleys in Milton Keynes stocks Trek, Cervelo, Specialized plus lots of other goodies. About a 45 minute drive from you if that's not too far.

Just thought I should mention that I found out today that Banbury cycles has an upstairs section full of road bikes
They stock Trek, Specialized and Colagno. Ooops...0 -
I also live near Banbury and spent £2500 on a Roubaix Pro at Banbury Cycles. No problems with them at all. I had a spoke fail on the rear wheel that was sorted quickly.0
