How happy are you when you get that call from your LBS to tell you that your bike is fixed and you can go pick it up!?!?!?! I just want to leave work now so i can get my badboy and get back out on the road, its going to get some special treatment on sunday

Gawwwd, you lucky devil. I never get a call from my LBS. I assumed their profit margins precluded unnecessary phone calls.

Which is fair enough. Once had a builder in for a few days who always texted me to ring him back.
