Another year-round commuter! There are a few of us. Having said this I actually don't do my whole journey on a bike - 16 miles would be a bit much - I get the train and then cycle the last bit (4 miles each way).

Don't mind winter now I have a Buff to keep the cold out of my ears (what a FANTASTIC invention). Wind is the worst weather.

I cycle commute all year round but not every day, as I just ain't fit enough for the 34 miles/day and the earlier start. :(

I mix up the routes, having about 5 different ways between Cambridge and Royston.

I must admit the winter is the best as the minset is such that you expect bad weather, so when it's nice it's really nice.

Definitely all year round - for me the only alternative is the bus and the bad weather just makes that journey even worse i.e. waiting in the cold/wet and more traffic for some reason too.

Yes. Is there any other way?
