Mavic Ksyrium Bearing issue

My wheel bearings on my SSL front wheel keep coming loose. It seems to happen after every ride. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this should start to happen?

    Try putting some Loctite on the bearing adjuster to stop it unscrewing
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
