I've been told there is a way to save the audio from this http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/mainframe.shtml?http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/radio1_aod.shtml?radio1/whiley_biffy
Anyone talk me through how to do it?

tha audacity!
Seriously though. Email someone at radio 1, and ask if it's possibble to get a copy of it. No harm in asking.
If enough people ask, and they can clear it with rhianna's people, then they may put it up as a download.0 -
The will have it on the Live lounge album. There is no way they will give it away free.0

No sorry, but a mate of mine recorded a load of Aussie radio using it, if he managed to figure it out I'm sure anyone can! The flamin galaar
IIRC it uses up loads of Harddisk space though.0 -
Using Audacity to record that would be simple. Headphones out -> line in.I am free of all prejudice. I hate everyone equally ~ W. C. Fields0

All you have to do is to make sure Audacity is recording from the right source:
Open your (windows) volume control (control panel or the little speaker icon).
Click Options, then Properties from the menu.
And check 'Adjust volume for' > 'Recording' and make sure 'Stereo Mix' is enabled in the list. Then click OK
Adjust the Stereo Mix slider to around 75% and make sure it is 'select'ed source (tick box)
And record away in Audacity or whatever you want.<center><font size="1"><font color="navy">Lardy</font id="navy"><font color="blue"> | </font id="blue"><font color="navy">Madame de Pompadour</font id="navy"></font id="size1"></center>0
