Buying a £500 road bike - recommendations?

I've got a £500ish budget to buy a road bike - only snag, it has to be through Halfords.
They can order in some Specialized, GIant and Trek models

This is what I've narrowed it down to.

Specialized Allez Triple 2007
Specialized Dolce 2007
Trek 1000 WSD (L)
Giant SCR 3.0
Giant SCR 2.0

I'm a "lady", 5ft10ins tall, with a long torso and can't decide whether I should get a men's bike or a special girlie one.

Thoughts?
