Hi,

Had a collision and luckily the wheel is slightly off true.

I went flying but want to make sure the bike is ok e.g. carbon fork etc.

I don't understand what you mean,
luckily the wheel is slightly off true.

Wouldn't it be luckier to have not damaged the wheel at all?
To be honest, apart from slightly squiffy wheels, and the chain coming off, not much is likely to have gone wrong with the bike. If it had, I'm sure you'd know about it.
Unless, you're concussed, and try descending half way down a mountain with a snapped swingarm and a rear brake calliper dragging along the floor without realising! - but that's a different story!

Can't see why a carbon fork would be wrecked after (what appears to be) a small stack.
Check it for deep gouges into the resin though.
