Crank Arm Lenght?

hi, what the big different between the Crank Arm Size 165mm to 180mm? Short leg and Long leg? im 5"6 had 180mm it's that problem? thanks

    Height has nothing to do with it. inside leg measurement is what matters.

    look in the tech links sticky there is a formula for working it out. a bit to roadie.

    i would say that 180 is a bit long.
