Anyone got any advice on replacing the headshox on my Cannondale F600 with something that will give me a bit extra bounce. When I bought the bike to blast around the Chilterns, it was enough. But two weeks on the 7 Stanes has left me thinking that I need some more travel.

    Tell you what , Ive just been talking to a magura salesman, hense the plug for magura laurens in the 100mm post above. Magura actually sell a replacement cartridge that fits inside your headshock. Supposed to be a big improvement, but he only mentioned it when eying up me brothers cannondale, so I dont know about price or whether its any better than the original cannondale shock youve got. Still, might be worth a look? probably doesnt increase the travel though?

    Get to a Cannondale dealer and see what they can do for you as 'dale are currently running a fork upgrade offer.

    Get the 110mm travel lefty. Problem sorted!
