Cornwall - St Ives & Porthleven

I shall be on holiday in Cornwall for two weeks, starting Saturday. First week St Ives, second in Porthleven. I'm looking for suggested routes in either area. I'm an average club rider, usually towards the back on the 70-80 mile Sunday run BUT I'm recovering from injury which has kept me off the bike for 4 months.
I'm hoping the holiday is going to provide the impetus to get going again. Looking for routes around 30 miles or so.
A few weeks ago one could have been sure of a response, will be interesting to see what happens!!!!

Helston, to the Lizard turn off to Cury and Mullion, just after the airbase.
Lizard, Cadgwith Ruan Minor.Goonhilly Downs ( huge satellite dishes)
or Helston, Constantine Gweek, Poth Navas, Mawnan Smith, Falmouth
From St Ives follow the coast road toward Zennor, St Just, Penzance
I was stationed in Helston , ex Royal Navy.
Be prepared for steep hills!!!!
