cycle to work scheme

hi just wondering if anybody knows which is the best scheme for my boss to join ,there seems to be so many and not a massive amount of difference

    He could set it up himself which would mean he would save more money (saved employers national insurance and capital allowances on the bike purchased). It's not that difficult. In fact I've even got info on it if he wants to do that.
