My brithday next week am gona try and get mum to take me and my mate up 2 brecons with our bikes. I went last year and climbed pen Y fan by foot simple enough single track for 6 or 7 miles pretty steep but pretty fun and you cant get lost 
Does any1 have any experience of doing this on a bike like what it is like and if there is any regulations as it can be the M5 sumtimes up there on a nice day ?
