...old people...what can you do?

...as I have said I am 54 years old... I ride an average of 150miles a week and my Dad, 85, said, that maybe I should think about taking things easier now and slow up a bit :o...what do you think I should do :?: 8)
...all the way...'til the wheels fall off and burn...

    Keep on riding til you can't get on a bike, then buy an open framed ("women's") bike and keep going!
