I s a new headset really needed ?

I recently won a set Z1 forks off ebay. I currently have a FSA orbit XL2, it has sealed bearings & works perfectly. Is it worth replacing due to the new forks ? If so i was thinking chris king.

    not needed but dont forget to swap the crown race over from old to new forks.
