dear commuters,

I started writing about a journey through London and had a lot of fun on the memories so far: http://www.islandperrad.blog.de/

On Wednesday I will cycle from Liverpool Street or Stratford to Euston. Hope this will work out better.

    Petra that is absolutely classic

I don't know who told you to go to Kings Cross to Victoria via Herne Hill - that is about a 50 mile round trip for a 2 mile journey.

It is the only way to do it on a British Rail (i.e. mainline train), but on the actual London Undeground is somewhat more direct and a lot quicker :)

This is the explanation: these two guys must have found the connection in a searchable database of German Railways :D .

Yeah that makes sense because the searchable database might not have the London Underground (tube) times on it.

A quick glance at the map would have shown them the error of their ways. It's a 20 minute ride from King's Cross to Victoria but not one I would like to attempt with dodgy eyesite though!
