Aston Hill.... Worth the journey?

Help me convince the missus :wink:

Is Aston Hill xc worth the 1 hour 40 minute journey? :twisted:
From what I've read and seen it looks WELL worth it, but please let me know if I'm right or wrong. :lol:

(hmm, Bedgebury or Aston Hill this weekend? Which one shall I go to?)

    ive never been myself but i live about 20 mins from it and heard good stuff. if you make a day of it you can take in 3 rides in one day aston hill,chicksands and woburn sands all relativily close to each other.

    Its really good mate. Worth a visit. Bit slippery if its wet though due to lots of chalk. But a really good atmosphere too.
    Eagles may fly high but Weasels dont get sucked into jet engines.

    If you are going there just to do the xc route I'd say its not worth the journey. But if you are going to do the xc route and session some of the downhill runs and the 4x track then it's well worth it.
