So the top 4 teams are all French.................but CSC would've been top spot if it weren't for Riis. Bottom of the class, Euskatel and Lampre.

Additionally, the French teams may feel they don't need internal independent controls as the federation controls are strict - hence this system gives them a lower score than they deserve!___________________

cycling4all seems very spot on. I like the analysis and their pointing out of the state of affairs that rides behind the peleton in the team cars. Why should we respectex- riders fromk totally dodgy bakgrounds?0
