Can I get away with wearing underwear under my cycling shorts when just turbo training for about an hour a day?

If your not getting any chaffing then I can't see why not, but then again I can't see any reason that you would want to as shorts are made to be worn next to the skin and a decent 1 hour session on the turbo would mean sweat would get into the chamois even if wearing underwear so they would need a wash anyway.

Irrespective of how long you're on the turbo trainer I would never advocate wearing your undies and then your cycling shorts. Why double up on the amount of washing you have to do? A good hour on the turbo (especially in my poorly ventilated garden shed) is enough to have me sweating profusely

What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!
