Same here... Back after a week off and finding it hard to get going. Didn't do much cycling, but I did give my commuting bike a major clean.

Just back from 2 Weeks in Austria . Millstatersee for the first week . Short 2 hour rides and plenty of long walks . Moved on for 2nd week , 1500 meter up in the Mountains . Penty of walking . Give up on the bike , 3000+ ft climbs when your not fit is no joke !bagpuss0
