Best value transparent waterproof race cape?

I need to get my hands on a lightweight. breathable waterproof for racing and training. I saw the Assos one the other day, and it looks ideal, but I simply can't bring myself to spend £100+ on such a thing. I have seen similar products from Altura and Giordana online. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good value alternative to the Assos Climajet?
