Does anyone know what the rebound adjuster does? theres the suspension lockout but also a rebound aduster :?:

Adjusts the speed the fork recoils after absorbing a hit. Set so that its fast enough for the next bump, but not as slow to pack down. Experiment. You should notice a difference in feel. Did you get any instructions with it?

didnt get it brand new, got it for £500 and used once in the dry on the road. Got warranty etc but no instruction. It isnt my bike

Your bike most probably has the Headshox Fatty Ultra fork, you may be able to download a manual from Cannondale if needs be, but rebound is pretty easy to set up, as above.
