I was wondering if anyone know where I can get me hands on a set of cleat wedges.
I've tried looking on google and asking My LBS other than getting a bike fit I can't seem to get hold of them.
Many thanks Paul

How do you know you need some wedges? Unless you've got a known biomechanical problem, then fitting wedges incorrectly could in fact to a host of other problems.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

I can tell by they way my feet naturally hang when you sit on a table. Also It's been mentioned by other riders and I can see my self that my left leg sticks out more than my right.
I'm working on my TT position and I cannot bring my right knee in comfortably without putting pressure on my ankle.
Just thought I'd give it a go on putting a small wedge in to see if it brought my knee in . If it doesn't then Then I'd not use them.
